Delivery lead times are subject to seasonal fluctuations. In the spring and summer, we strive to provide same-day or next-day deliveries. As we transition into the fall and winter seasons, deliveries typically occur within a few days at most. If you have specific delivery requirements, such as a predetermined date or an event deadline, we encourage you to contact us well in advance, enabling us to seamlessly meet your scheduling needs.

We collect your dump instructions via phone prior to dispatching your delivery. Your guidance on the preferred dumping location is highly valued, and we ensure strict adherence to your specified instructions. Additionally, for your convenience, we provide stacking services at an extra cost, which you can explore further on our pricing page.

Absolutely. Our firewood undergoes thorough kiln drying, ensuring that we have dry, ready-to-burn wood accessible year-round. Even in late January and February, you can count on us to have a plentiful supply of quality kiln-dried firewood, as we don't run out of stock during those months.
